These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and BetQQ Game ("we", "us", "the Platform"). During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address where applicable.
You agree to keep your registration information up to date. If your phone number, payment method, or other contact details change, you must update your account promptly. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate permanent closure of your account.
Each individual user is permitted to hold one BetQQ Game account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices and payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, BetQQ Game will close all secondary accounts, and any bonuses or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided in their entirety. Only the original account will be considered for reinstatement, subject to full identity verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your BetQQ Game login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person, and do not allow any other person to use your account. BetQQ Game will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact BetQQ Game support immediately. We will temporarily lock the account while the matter is investigated.
You may request closure of your BetQQ Game account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled according to normal settlement rules before the account is closed. Confirmed withdrawable balances at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.
BetQQ Game processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:
BetQQ Game does not accept payments in any foreign currency. All amounts displayed on the platform are in PKR. We do not facilitate or support cryptocurrency transactions.
Deposits are credited to your BetQQ Game account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. BetQQ Game does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank directly.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, BetQQ Game reserves the right to return the funds to the originating payment method and restrict the account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. You must complete any applicable identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but BetQQ Game aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly.
BetQQ Game reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has triggered a routine security review. This is a standard protection measure and is not a reflection on the account holder's character.
All bets placed on BetQQ Game are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or event in question. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change before your bet is confirmed — the odds shown in your confirmed bet slip are the odds that will apply to settlement.
BetQQ Game offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets across cricket, football, esports, and other sports. In-play markets on cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, and other bilateral series — update in real time. It is your responsibility to ensure your bet is placed correctly before confirming. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body or official competition organiser. For cricket, this includes results as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. In the event of a dispute about an official result, BetQQ Game's decision — made in good faith based on available official information — will be final.
If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market. Generally, bets on matches that do not reach a natural conclusion within a specified timeframe will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules are available on the Betting and Sports pages.
BetQQ Game applies maximum winning limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport and market type and are subject to change. Where a bet would result in winnings that exceed the applicable maximum, BetQQ Game will pay out at the maximum winning amount. The applicable limits are displayed in the betting interface.
Occasionally, odds or markets may be published with obvious errors — for example, a decimal error that results in prices significantly out of line with the true market. BetQQ Game reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrect prices, even after the event has settled. We will make every effort to identify and correct such errors promptly and notify affected users.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be requested. Bets placed on certain markets or game types may not contribute fully — or at all — towards wagering requirements. These contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
BetQQ Game operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing offsetting bets across accounts to guarantee a profit; using automated tools to complete wagering requirements; and any other activity that — in BetQQ Game's reasonable judgment — constitutes exploitation of a promotion rather than genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is detected, BetQQ Game reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, restrict the account, and in serious cases permanently close the account.
